In order to obtain accurate cooling flow data, ensure more effective judgment of product quality, or to improve the design process, it is particularly important to choose which testing methods and means to use.

At present, the working blades of engine turbines often use detection of water flow or air flow to check the flow capacity of the inner chamber of the blades. Both detection methods apply a certain pressure to the cooling airflow inlet of the blade, measure the water flow rate or air flow rate passing through the inner chamber per unit time, and verify the flow capacity of the turbine blade inner chamber. The main detection medium for air flow is "air", and it is well known that the state of air is easily changed. When encountering heat, it expands and compresses when encountering cold. To meet the reliability of air flow data, it is necessary to have relatively high requirements for the measurement environment, which leads to an increase in detection costs; The main detection medium for water flow detection is "water", which has high stability and is less limited by the environment. Compared to air flow detection, water flow detection is more convenient and suitable for production site use.
