1. Flow detection method of turbine rotor blade
At present, the working blade of engine turbine is often used to detect water flow or air flow in order to check the flow capacity of the blade cavity. Both detection methods apply a certain pressure at the inlet of the cooling air flow of the blade, and measure the water flow or air flow through the inner cavity within a unit time, so as to verify the flow capacity of the inner cavity of the turbine blade. The main detection medium of air flow is "air", as we all know, the state of air is easy to change, thermal expansion, cold compression, in order to meet the reliability of air flow data, we must have relatively high requirements on the measurement environment, resulting in an increase in detection costs; The main detection medium of water flow detection is "water", which has high stability and small environmental limitations. Compared with air flow detection, water flow detection is more convenient and suitable for production site use.
2 Principle of water flow detection
The method of water flow detection of turbine blades is that water flows through the inner cavity of the blades after passing through the pipeline and tooling of the tester under the specified pressure, and the weight of water flow through the blades within a unit time is measured, and the measured value is corrected, and the actual water flow of the tested blades is finally obtained.
